Eczema

Another most painful and stressful skin disorder is Eczema. Not only is it difficult to find out but it spreads if ignored. Eczema is a medical condition in which patches of skin become rough and inflamed with blisters which cause itching and bleeding. It is also called atopic dermatitis.

What is the main cause of eczema? Like me and most doctors the exact cause of eczema is unknown, but it’s thought to be linked to an overactive response by the body’s immune system to an irritant.

Eczema usually cause because of dry skin, but there are common triggers of eczema flare-ups include:

  • chemicals found in cleaners and detergents that dry out the skin
  • rough scratchy material, like wool
  • synthetic fabrics
  • raised body temperature
  • sweating
  • temperature changes
  • sudden drop in humidity
  • stress
  • food allergies
  • animal dander
  • upper respiratory infections

What are the symptoms of eczema? Eczema can occur anywhere but usually affects the arms, inner elbows, backs of the knees, or head (particularly the cheeks and the scalp). It’s not contagious, and, in some cases, becomes less severe with age.

symptoms include:

  • intense itching
  • red or brownish-gray patches
  • small, raised bumps that ooze fluid when scratched
  • crusty patches of dried yellowish ooze, which can signal infection
  • thickened, scaly skin

How is eczema prevented?

There’s no prevention but can be reduced if one can try to change their lifestyle such as stress reduction and improved sleep can reduce the likelihood of an eczema flare-up.

Avoid irritants, like rough fabrics, harsh soaps, and detergents. Cold weather can also dry out the skin and trigger flare-ups. Above all people with atopic dermatitis should avoid scratching.

Homeopathic has remarkable effects on this kind of skin problem you no need to worry and so far alot of people have recovered from this problem .
