Domestic Shipping

  • Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days for major cities in the UAE. Orders to the Western Region may take up to 5 business days.
    Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • High Volume Periods:
    During peak times or sales events, orders may be delayed by an additional 1 business day. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If a significant delay occurs, our team will contact you via email or phone.

International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping with complete documentation for customs clearance. Shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days due to customs regulations. However, our team closely monitors all international deliveries and coordinates with customs to avoid unnecessary delays.

  • Free shipping is not applicable to Qarshi and Hamdard products.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details. Tracking numbers become active within 12 hours of dispatch.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, we take full responsibility. Please contact our customer support team to file a claim. We offer a full refund or free replacement in such cases.

Returns

We strive to ensure every product you receive brings value to your health and well-being. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized remedies are non-refundable.

If your return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt or packing slip.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product:

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

  • Products with quality issues
  • Items that arrived with broken seals or damaged packaging

Once your return is approved and processed, you can expect your refund within 3–4 business days. This includes:

  • Transit time for the return (up to 5 business days)
  • Processing time at our facility (up to 5 business days)

Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account.


Order Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed via phone call or self-verification, and it has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel, please do so immediately after confirmation.
