Description
1. Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin — 2-3 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil.
2. For aromatherapy: add 3-5 drops to a diffuser with water.
3. For massage: blend with carrier oil and apply to the target area.
4. Never apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.
5. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes.
6. Store in a cool dark place away from sunlight.
